MEMBERSHIP
· Membership of CEDEN is open to any person irrespective of place of resident, of gender, age and religion.
· All members shall be loyal, honest and trustworthy in execution of the affairs of this Foundation.
· Every member has the right to express an opinion on any matter, fact or issue that determines the proper functioning of the Foundation for the latter’s purpose.
