Lindon Taylor-Camara has never forgotten about the people who helped him survive while he lived on the streets of the Gambia. Without their help and guidance he probably wouldn't be where he is today. Due to the war an estimated 700,000 of the displaced were Sierra Leonean and Liberian children and youth; some 9,000 were maimed, orphaned or separated from their parent(s). Lindon Taylor-Camara states that he alone cannot come to the aid of the thousands of children in this situation, but he aims to make a difference in the life of a few.
